Both teams battled hard in the first half and Analog edged out in hopes of a score earlier on. It was the visitors who managed to capitalize on their efforts in the dying minutes of the first half when a goal kick came back in and the oncoming striker lobbed the keeper. The first half finished with Knocklong 1 Analog 0.
Both teams fought hard in the second half and had chances but failed to capitalize. But it was the visitors who extended their lead with another goal half way through the second half. Analog regrouped and fought back with a couple of shots hitting the crossbar and narrowly missing out on scores. It was a very close game between these two sides but Analog just missed out.
