A great game of soccer played in a good sporting manner by both teams.
MWHB created one or two chances early in the first half but couldn’t get the vital touch.
Bilboa took their chances and were rewarded with a goal in the 15th minute a low shot to the back of the net.
MWHB kept up the pressure and had the ball in the back of the net only to be ruled off side.
Just before half time and against the run of play Bilboa got their second goal.
MWHB came out in the second half all guns blazing and pulled one back through a superb volley by Catherine Murphy.
MWHB kept the pressure on and had numerous chances to draw level but Bilboa kept a cool head.
MWHB never gave up but it was not to be their night and Bilboa were delighted to hear the final whistle.
