A very successful evening was had by all at Newtown`s excellent facilities in Shannon. Over 100 enthusiastic kids turned up.
They all wanted to play as much soccer as possible. Each team managed to get three matches.
All are determined to play the forthcoming blitzes.
Two teams were unable to attend, Bilboa and Geraldines but plan to be at the next one in Bilboa on 25th May.
The following are the dates for the next bliltz`s- subject to change`:
25th May - Bilboa
8 th June- Coonagh
22nd June - Regional / Geraldines
6th July - Ailsing - to finish.
Based on the success of the under age Blitz`s It is hoped to run an U14 league in June.
